Reviews and Ratings
The Hudson hotel is conveniently located near Central Park and Times Square, making it easy to explore the area. While the rooms were generally clean, they were quite small and had some quirks, like limited plug sockets. The service was mixed with some helpful staff but issues like hidden fees and breakfast confusion left a sour note. Overall, it feels like the hotel needs some upgrades to fully meet expectations.
My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. The reception area felt gloomy and uninviting, and the room I initially received was cramped and dark. On the upside, the central location was convenient, but the difficulties with the staff and the lack of proper amenities overshadowed the positives. Upon learning that the hotel had been sold and would soon lose even more dining options made me worry for future guests.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing given its potential. The prime location near Central Park is definitely a plus, but the hotel itself fell short in several areas, such as service and dining. While the rooms were manageable, a lack of amenities and issues with lighting really impacted the overall experience. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par, which made things even more frustrating during what was meant to be a special celebration.
My stay was quite mixed. While the hotel's location near Central Park was excellent for my visit, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The room seemed clean at first glance but had issues that affected my comfort during the stay. The service varied; some staff were pleasant, but others appeared stressed and not particularly accommodating. I was disappointed by the dining options and amenities overall.
The hotel is in a great location, just a short stroll from Central Park and the metro. While the staff was accommodating during my check-in, the room left something to be desired in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was basic and didn't really make a strong impression. Overall, it served as a decent base for my stay, but the inconsistencies in the service and room quality were noticeable.
